Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchange are accepted within 10 days upon receiving the item and the policy will implement if:
- Product is defective, faulty or damaged.
- The product is not used, washed and consist of all the tagging and protections that came along with it.
- The size doesn’t fit.
- All the products which are ordered from the Online Store should contact Customer Services for the exchange/return or refunds. Thus, online purchased items cannot be returned on stores.
How to apply for the return?
- In order to return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason and description of the order.
- After approval, our customer support team will guide you to return the product at the desired address through courier
- Please note that the returning charges will be borne by the customer.
- In some cases, the customer support team will guide you to a store for the return.
Processing time of the return
- The process of return will be completed within 5-7 days
- However, due to busy schedule during on season, it might take up to 14 days for the return processing.
- During refunds shipping charges will be borne by the customer, hence they will not be included in the refund.
- It can take between 7-10 days for a refund depending on the source of the transactions.
- During sales and discount promotions, the refunds and exchanges can only be obtained if the order doesn’t match with size upon ordering.
